The white two-story, 10-room colonial-style Toms River home with its well-manicured lawn isn’t just another beautiful house for sale in the neighborhood. This home, situated at 18 Brooks Road was used to film the 1979 movie, “The Amityville Horror.”
Potential buyers concerned with stories of paranormal activity should fear not. Homeowner Odalys Fragoso, and her West New York Pediatrician husband, Jose say their beautiful home is not haunted, the Associated Press reported.

Simon Cowell has confessed that he has become fascinated with the idea of ghosts and the afterlife.
The entertainment mogul is said to have become interested in spirits after staying at a “haunted” house during the auditions for The X Factor US.
Simon stayed at the Stoneleigh Hotel in Dallas with fellow judges LA Reid, Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul.
A source close to Simon told the Daily Star: “He’s not scared at all, in fact he’s fascinated by ghosts and poltergeists.
