The white two-story, 10-room colonial-style Toms River home with its well-manicured lawn isn’t just another beautiful house for sale in the neighborhood. This home, situated at 18 Brooks Road was used to film the 1979 movie, “The Amityville Horror.”
Potential buyers concerned with stories of paranormal activity should fear not. Homeowner Odalys Fragoso, and her West New York Pediatrician husband, Jose say their beautiful home is not haunted, the Associated Press reported.
